European Commission Against Google
European commission is leading the investigation against Google, related to manipulation with search engine results.

European Commission is preparing 400 pages report related to investigation against Google, because alleged misuse of dominant position on market, according the Financial Times. According to this source, the preliminary report of EC will cover the complex case and numerous objections.
The whole report, called Statement of Objections, should be published at beginning of 2012. More details about Google's alleged abuse of position. So far it seems that EC is on hold regarding processing of this statement.

The European Commission initiated investigation after repeated accusations that Google is using their position in the search engine market.
Many companies accused Google that they are manipulating with search engine results, by placing their services at the top of search lists and pushing the competition below.
Also, the “Quality Score” is manipulated, with purpose of making companies to pay for higher rank. This complains are referring to restrictions in advertisement network.
So far Google made no comments on these accusations. According to Financial Times they will have two months to answer to these charges.
