Corrective Action Planning ( CAP ) format is
primarily designed as a tool for improvement in
sales, it can be easily adjusted and used among
the other departments.
First
sheet is designed as a tool for identification of
necessary improvements, setting the objectives and
implementation tracking. All activities are based
on level of the outlet.
The
other sheet is not primarily focused on individual
outlets, but instead covers a specific business
areas e.g. sales administration, assets
management, activity planning, etc.
Both sheets can be used in conjunction. The
implementation scores after the finish of
implementation period can be used for evaluation
of improvements of individual Salesman.
