Vision Statement The Vision statement is the place or state WHERE the company, profitable or non profitable, sport club, association of people of same interest or any individual want to be in mid to long term. The Vision describe targeted position, image, status, good-will, but not specific profit, sales volume, number of products, etc.

Example: For this site the Vision statement would be:

"To became No 1. Web Based Consulting advisor in the field of commercial companies, that provides the  Free content."

The Vision statement should be set prior the setting of plan for next 3-5 years. The text of the Vision statement should be brought up through brainstorming of the senior and experienced employees. The Vision statement  should be inspiring to the others, motivating for the development of the organization, but also challenging.

The establishment of the vision statement is representing the beginning of the journey, and the Vision is compass that guide the company to the goal. As the time pass, the goals could change. Therefore, the vision should be revised every 2-3 years and should adjusted or rewritten. The vision statement is a good base for the company mission statement.
