Performance review meeting is important performance management tool that requires preparation and compliance to certain rules. These rules are applying to team leader and his subordinates as well.

Even when the official part of performance review meeting is completed, it is necessary to track and observe the development and progress of activities. In order to keep tracking to be relevant and transparent, it is necessary to set tracking system in a way that enables quick insight into further development of every KPI. This can be done by arranging the tracking tables and graphs on billboard.
TEAM LEADERS
Manager needs to continue observing and record performance, particularly where corrective measures have been suggested. TL seeks out and speaks to agreed work associates regarding job holder’s performance.
Team leader should ensure that records are kept as evidence of how you have managed the performance of the team. He/she should insist on agreed performance action plan for underperforming key performance indicators.
JOB HOLDERS
Employees need to follow up all inputs from team. He/she need to manage the predefined KPIs in order to keep them on track, Every CAP need to be executed as per plan.
Since progress need to be checked between two review meetings, it is necessary to keep the regular routine of updating tracking tables.
