Manager's
network is wide accepted model for describing of
leaders style of leadership, and their effect on
followers. Blake and Mouton created the managerial
grid. The managerial grid is consisted of two
dimensions: concern about business and concern about
people. The scale on the manager's network is
market from 1 to 9 for both dimensions. Managers
can be described by any combination of these two
dimensions. It is believed that (9,9) managers
are the most effective. The (9,9) manager shows
the high level of concern toward business and high
level of concern toward people. Other combinations of
the scale give more accent on business or people.

It
is believed that people are more eager to work
with leaders who are having the high attitude
toward business and high attitude toward people at
same time. Those managers are (9,9) on the Blake
and Mouton Managerial Grid
