Manager's network is wide accepted model for describing of leaders style of leadership, and their effect on followers. Blake and Mouton created the managerial grid. The managerial grid is consisted of two dimensions: concern about business and concern about people.
The scale on the manager's network is market from 1 to 9 for both dimensions. Managers can be described by any combination of these two dimensions. It is believed that (9,9) managers are the most effective. The (9,9) manager shows the high level of concern toward business and high level of concern toward people. Other combinations of the scale give more accent on business or people.

It is believed that people are more eager to work with leaders who are having the high attitude toward business and high attitude toward people at same time. Those managers are (9,9) on the Blake and Mouton Managerial Grid.
